At Gumbies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we've made the exchange and refund process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn products back into their original Gumbies packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
